Ordered some Balenciaga Race Runners size 8 UK off this site given their price was the best and having read some positive reviews. Can confirm the trainers arrived brand new with authenticity tag attached. Box was slightly damaged but assume this was down to transit. Great customer service. There were stock issues with the order and the item didn’t arrive in the projected timescale, however, the company refunded the postage I paid for faster delivery with no problem and sent the order as soon as it was in stock. Item ordered was perfect.
